This cake reminds me of my school lunches. It brings back so many memories every time I bake this, plus it is a massive hit in my house. Give it a go, you will not regret it! :) Ingredients 160g Butter or Margarine 175g Granulated White Sugar 225g Plain Flour 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 30g Cocoa Powder 1 beaten egg Method Pre-heat the oven on the lowest temperature. At this point, we only want to warm the oven. Grease a 28cm by 22cm baking tray. In a separate bowl sieve the dry ingredient (flour, cocoa powder and baking powder) and leave it to the side. Melt the butter/margarine and let it cool. Once cooled, beat with the sugar until nice and fluffy. Add the beaten egg and beat the batter for 1-2 minutes (until everything is nice and mixed) Now add the dry ingredients and mix until you have a stiff consistency.
