Ingredients
100g Softened butter
225g Icing Sugar
Method
- Beat the softened butter until fluffy and pale. This can take 5-6 minutes.
- Then add the icing sugar slowly.
- Beat for 7 minutes. The buttercream mix should be fluffy and pale.
Tip: Double the above ingredients if using a piping bag.
